Section 182 ( 20 U.S.C. 9572 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking or control and inserting control, or coerce ; and by inserting specific academic standards or assessments, after the curriculum, in subsection (c)— by inserting coerce, after approve, and by striking an elementary school or secondary school and inserting early education, or in an elementary school, secondary school, or institution of higher education .
