Section 207 ( 25 U.S.C. 4137 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the owner or manager of rental housing that is assisted in part with amounts provided under this Act and in part with one or more other sources of Federal funds shall only utilize leases that require a notice period for the termination of the lease pursuant to subsection (a)(3). .
