Section 407 ( 25 U.S.C. 4167 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking Congress and inserting Committee on Financial Services and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives, to the Committee on Indian Affairs and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate, and to any subcommittees of such committees having jurisdiction with respect to Native American and Alaska Native affairs, ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: Each report submitted pursuant to subsection
(a)shall be made publicly available to recipients. .
