Section 2 of the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 ( 42 U.S.C. 14135 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(3)— in subparagraph (B), by striking 2010 through 2018 and inserting 2014 through 2019 ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking 2018 and inserting 2019 ; and in subsection (j), by striking 2009 through 2014 and inserting 2015 through 2019 .
