Section 511(j) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 711(j) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking and at the end of subparagraph (D); by striking the period at the end of subparagraph
(E)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on March 31, 2015, an amount equal to the amount provided in subparagraph (E). ; and in paragraphs
(2)and (3), by inserting (or portion of a fiscal year) after for a fiscal year each place it appears.
