Section 1902(a)(10)(E)(iv) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(E)(iv) ) is amended by striking March 2014 and inserting March 2015 . Section 1933(g) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–3(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (T), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (U)— by striking March 31, 2014 and inserting September 30, 2014 ; and by striking $200,000,000. and inserting $485,000,000; ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: for the period that begins on October 1, 2014, and ends on December 31, 2014, the total allocation amount is $300,000,000; and for the period that begins on January 1, 2015, and ends on March 31, 2015, the total allocation amount is $250,000,000. ; and in paragraph (3), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking or
(T)and inserting (T), or
(V).
