Section 418(a)(3) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 618(a)(3) ) is amended to read as follows: For grants under this section, there are appropriated— $3,667,000,000 for fiscal year 2015; $3,917,000,000 for fiscal year 2016; $4,017,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; $4,317,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $4,817,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; $5,017,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $5,217,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $5,417,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $5,667,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $5,917,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. .
