Section 184A(j)(5) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 1715z–13b(j)(5)) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by inserting after the period at the end of the first sentence the following: There are authorized to be appropriated for such costs $386,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019. ; and in subparagraph (5), by striking for each of fiscal years and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019 with an aggregate outstanding principal amount not exceeding $41,504,000 for each such fiscal year. .
