Section 104(b)(3) ( 25 U.S.C. 4114(b)(3) ) is amended by adding after the period at the end the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, tribally determined wages adopted in accordance with this paragraph shall apply to the administration of all Federal funding for projects funded in whole or in part by funds provided under this Act. .
