Section 6(d)(1) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 ( 22 U.S.C. 616(d)(1) ) is amended by striking in a searchable, sortable, and downloadable manner and inserting in a format which is directly searchable, sortable, downloadable, and machine-readable . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect upon the expiration of the 30-day period which begins on the date of the enactment of this Act.
