Section 6(a)(3) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1605(a)(3) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of subparagraph (A); by adding and after the semicolon the end of subparagraph (B); and by adding after subparagraph

(B)the following: a system that assigns an identification number for each lobbyist for whom a registration or report is filed under this Act; .
