Section 6(b)(2) of the Technology Administration Act of 1998 ( 15 U.S.C. 272 note) is repealed. Section 308 of the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act of 1975 ( 16 U.S.C. 971j ) is repealed. Section 207 of the National Sea Grant Program Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1126 ) is amended by striking subsection (e). Section 9 of the National Sea Grant Program Act Amendments of 2002 ( 33 U.S.C. 857–20 ) is repealed. Section 3(c) of the Enterprise Integration Act of 2001 ( 15 U.S.C. 278g–5 note) is repealed.
Section 208(a) of the National Sea Grant Program Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1127(a) ) is amended by striking the third sentence. Section 28(g) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278n(g) ) is repealed. Section 28(k)(5) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278n(k)(5) ) is repealed. Section 212 of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Convention Act of 1995 ( 16 U.S.C. 5611 ) is repealed.
