Section 207 of the National Sea Grant Program Act (33 U.S.C. 1126) is amended by striking subsection (e). Section 3(c) of the Enterprise Integration Act of 2001 (15 U.S.C. 278g–5 note) is repealed. Section 208(a) of the National Sea Grant Program Act (33 U.S.C. 1127(a)) is amended by striking the fourth sentence. Section 28(g) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act (15 U.S.C. 278n(g)) is repealed. Section 28(k)(5) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act (15 U.S.C. 278n(k)(5)) is repealed. Section 212 of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Convention Act of 1995 (16 U.S.C. 5611) is repealed.
