Section 369(i) of Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15927(i) ) is amended by striking paragraph (3). Section 342(a)(6)(C) of Energy Policy and Conservation Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6313(a)(6)(C) ) is amended— by striking clause (v); and by redesignating clause
(vi)(as added by section 310(a)(4) of Public Law 112–110 ; 126 Stat. 1524) as clause (v).
