The National and Community Service Act of 1990 is amended by repealing part IV of subtitle B of title I ( 42 U.S.C. 12565 ). Section 182 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12642 ) is amended— by striking the following: ; and by striking subsection (b).
