Each of sections 310, 337, 338, and 339 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1421 , 1448, 1449, and 1450) is amended by striking Attorney General each place it appears and inserting Secretary of Homeland Security . The amendment made by this section shall not affect the authority of any officer or employee of the Executive Office of Immigration Review (including immigration judges (as defined in section 101(b)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act)) to administer the oath of allegiance under section 337(a).
