Section 57 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph
(2)by striking or at the end; in paragraph
(3)by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: waterways operations manager shall have knowledge, skill, and practical experience with respect to marine transportation system management; or port and facility safety and security specialist shall have knowledge, skill, and practical experience with respect to the safety, security, and environmental protection responsibilities associated with maritime ports and facilities. ; in subsection
(c)by striking or marine safety engineer and inserting marine safety engineer, waterways operations manager, or port and facility safety and security specialist ; and in subsection (f)(2) by striking investigator or marine safety engineer. and inserting investigator, marine safety engineer, waterways operations manager, or port and facility safety and security specialist. .
