The Unfunded Mandates Reform Act of 1995 ( Public Law 104–4 ; 2 U.S.C. 1511 et seq. ) is amended— in section 103(c) ( 2 U.S.C. 1511(c) )— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Office of Management and Budget ; and Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs by striking Director of the Office of Management and Budget and inserting Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs ; in section 205(c) ( 2 U.S.C. 1535(c) )— in the subsection heading, by striking ; and OMB by striking Director of the Office of Management and Budget and inserting Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs ; and in section 206 ( 2 U.S.C. 1536 ), by striking Director of the Office of Management and Budget and inserting Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs .
