Section 2409(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking or subcontractor and inserting , subcontractor, grantee, or subgrantee . Section 2409(g) of such title is amended— in paragraph (4), by striking or a grant ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The term grantee means a person awarded a grant with an agency. .
