Sec. 823. Authority to provide education to small businesses on certain requirements of Arms Export Control Act

Section 21(c)(1) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 648(c)(1) ) is amended by inserting at the end the following: Applicants receiving grants under this section may also assist small businesses by providing, where appropriate, education on the requirements applicable to small businesses under the regulations issued under section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act ( . 22 U.S.C. 2778 ) and on compliance with those requirements. Section 2418 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:
An eligible entity assisted by the Department of Defense under this chapter also may furnish education on the requirements applicable to small businesses under the regulations issued under section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2778 ) and on compliance with those requirements. .
