Subsection
(a)of section 1513A of the Armed Forces Retirement Home Act of 1991 ( 24 U.S.C. 413a ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking Deputy Director of the TRICARE Management Activity and inserting Deputy Director of the Defense Health Agency ; and in paragraph (2), by striking Deputy Director of the TRICARE Management Activity both places it appears and inserting Deputy Director of the Defense Health Agency . Subsection (c)(2) of such section is amended by striking health care standards of the Department of Veterans Affairs and inserting nationally recognized health care standards and requirements .
