In the case of commissioned officers in the uniformed services in pay grades O–7 through O–10— section 203(a)(2) of title 37, United States Code, shall be applied for rates of basic pay payable for such officers during calendar year 2015 by using the rate of pay for level II of the Executive Schedule in effect during 2014; and the rates of monthly basic pay payable for such officers shall not increase during calendar year 2015.
