Section 563(c) of National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1748; 20 U.S.C. 6301 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by inserting (other than the amendment made by paragraph (3)(A) of such subsection) after subsection
(b); and by striking 2-year and inserting 5-year ; and in paragraph (4)— by inserting (other than the amendment made by paragraph (3)(A) of such subsection) after subsection
(b); by striking 2-year and inserting 5-year ; and by inserting (other than the amendment made by paragraph (3)(A) of such subsection) after made by such subsection .
