Section 321(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 732; 10 U.S.C. 2229 note) is amended— by striking Not later than and inserting the following: Not later than ; by striking , and annually thereafter ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Not later than one year after submitting the report required under paragraph (1), and annually thereafter for two years, the Comptroller General shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report assessing the progress of the Department of Defense in implementing its strategic policy and plan for its prepositioned stocks and including any additional information related to the Department's management of its prepositioned stocks that the Comptroller General determines appropriate. .
