Section 926(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1541) is amended, in the matter before paragraph (1)— by striking September 30, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2017 ; and by striking fiscal year 2016 and inserting fiscal year 2018 .
