The following provisions of law are repealed: Sections 212, 221, 222, and 231 of the Soviet Nuclear Threat Reduction Act of 1991 (title II of Public Law 102–228 ; 22 U.S.C. 2551 note). Sections 1412 and 1431 of the Former Soviet Union Demilitarization Act of 1992 (22 U.S.C. 5902 and 5921). Sections 1203, 1204, 1206, and 1208 of the Cooperative Threat Reduction Act of 1993 ( 22 U.S.C. 5952 , 5953, 5955, and 5957). Section 1205 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 ( Public Law 104–106 ; 22 U.S.C. 5955 note).
Section 1501 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 ( Public Law 104–201 ; 50 U.S.C. 2362 note). Section 1307 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 ( Public Law 105–261 ; 22 U.S.C. 5952 note).
