Subsection (f)(1) of section 1215 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1631; 10 U.S.C. 113 note), as most recently amended by section 1214 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 906; 10 U.S.C. 113 note), is further amended— by striking fiscal year 2014 and inserting fiscal year 2015 ; by striking non-operational ; and by striking in an institutional environment and inserting at a base or facility of the Government of Iraq .
Such section is further amended— in subsection (c), by striking fiscal year 2014 may not exceed $209,000,000 and inserting fiscal year 2015 may not exceed $140,000,000 ; and in subsection (d), by striking fiscal year 2014 and inserting fiscal year 2015 .
