Subparagraph
(B)of section 5542(a)(6) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking 2014 and inserting 2015 . Notwithstanding the authority provided by such section (as amended by subsection (a)), during fiscal year 2015 the Secretary of the Navy may not pay more than $250,000 in overtime pay under such section until the Director of the Office of Personnel Management submits a report containing the information described in section 1105(b)(2) of Public Law 111–383 , the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011.
