Section 10008(a) of the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act ( Public Law 111–11 ) is amended— by striking not a party to the Settlement after person or entity ; and by striking or the Settlement before the period and inserting unless otherwise provided by this part. Any Central Valley Project long-term water service or repayment contractor within the Friant Division, Hidden unit, or Buchanan Unit adversely affected by the Secretary’s failure to comply with section 10004(a)(3) of this part may bring an action against the Secretary for injunctive relief or damages, or both. .
