Subsection

(a)of section 224 of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 13024 ) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle $2,300,000 for each of the fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
