Section 203(m) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5133(m) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of paragraph (2); by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(3)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. . There is authorized to be appropriated for financial assistance under section 1366 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4104c ) $210,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. Any amounts appropriated pursuant to this subsection shall be in addition to amounts made available from the National Flood Mitigation Fund under section 1367 of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 4104d ) for such assistance during such fiscal years.
