Section 45I is repealed. Subsection
(b)of section 38 is amended by striking paragraph (19). The table of sections for subpart D of part IV of subchapter A of chapter 1 is amended by striking the item relating to section 45I. The amendments made by this section shall apply to production in taxable years beginning after December 31, 2014.
