All adjusted bonus, rental, and royalty revenues from Federal oil and gas leasing and operations authorized under this subtitle shall be subject to distribution in the same manner as for Federal oil and gas leases under section 35 of the Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 191 ). Payments to the State of Alaska under this section shall be made semiannually.
