Section 131 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2151 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking section 2103(a) or
(b)of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting subsection
(a)or
(b)of section 3 of the ; and Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 in paragraph (2), by striking section 2103(b) of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 3(b) of the ; Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 in subsection (b), by striking section 2103(a)(3)(A) of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 3(a)(4)(A) of the ; and Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 in subsection (c), by striking section 2103 of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 3(a) of the . Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 Section 134 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2154 ) is amended by striking section 2103 of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 each place it appears and inserting section 3 of the . Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 Section 135 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2155 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking section 2103 of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 3 of the ; and Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1)— by striking section 2103 of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 each place it appears and inserting section 3 of the ; and Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 by striking not later than the date on which the President notifies the Congress under section 2105(a)(1)(A) of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting not later than the date that is 30 days after the date on which the President notifies Congress under section 6(a)(1)(A) of the ; and Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 in paragraph (2), by striking section 2102 of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 2 of the . Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 Section 151 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2191 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking section 2105(a)(1) of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 6(a)(1) of the ; and Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 in subsection (c)(1), by striking section 2105(a)(1) of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 6(a)(1) of the . Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 Section 162(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2212(a) ) is amended by striking section 2103 of the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 and inserting section 3 of the . Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014 For purposes of applying sections 125, 126, and 127 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2135 , 2136, and 2137)— any trade agreement entered into under section 3 shall be treated as an agreement entered into under section 101 or 102 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2111 or 2112), as appropriate; and any proclamation or Executive order issued pursuant to a trade agreement entered into under section 3 shall be treated as a proclamation or Executive order issued pursuant to a trade agreement entered into under section 102 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2112 ).
