Section 225 of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 20 U.S.C. 9225 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3), by striking and after the semicolon at the end; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: integrated education and training and sequential education and training programs; career pathways programs; dual enrollment programs; and preparation for postsecondary education and training. ; by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (e); and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following: In addition to any report required under section 212(c), each eligible agency receiving a grant under section 211(b) shall annually prepare and submit to the Secretary a report on the progress, as described in section 212(c)(1), of the eligible agency with respect to the programs and activities of the eligible entity receiving assistance under this section. .
