Section 100236(d) of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 ( Public Law 112–141 ; 126 Stat. 957) is amended— by striking there and inserting amounts not otherwise obligated from the National Flood Insurance Fund ; and by striking from the National Flood Insurance Fund, of amounts not otherwise obligated, not more than $750,000 .
