Section 130(g) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking the third sentence and inserting the following: The Secretary shall make available to the public on the Web site of the Department of Transportation, not later than April 1, 2014, and every 2 years thereafter, a report on the progress being made by the State in implementing projects to improve railway-highway crossings. . Section 144(d)(1)(B) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and inserting make available to the public on the Web site of the Department of Transportation .
Section 327 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection
