Section 130(g) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking the third sentence and inserting the following: The Secretary shall make available to the public on the Web site of the Department of Transportation, not later than April 1, 2014, and every 2 years thereafter, a report on the progress being made by the State in implementing projects to improve railway-highway crossings. .
