Section 7(a) of the Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 207(a) ) is amended by striking 12 and inserting 1/2 18 . 3/4 Section 14 of the Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 223 ) is amended by striking 12 and inserting 1/2 18 . 3/4 Section 17 of the Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 226 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking 12.5 and inserting 18 ; and 3/4 in paragraph (2)(A)(ii), by striking 12 and inserting 1/2 18 ; 3/4 in subsection (c)(1), by striking 12.5 and inserting 18 ; 3/4 in subsection (l), by striking 12 each time it appears and inserting 1/2 18 ; and 3/4 in subsection (n)(1)(C), by striking 12 and inserting 1/2 18 . 3/4
