The Federal Deposit Insurance Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1811 et seq. ) is amended— in section 11(a)(4)(C) ( 12 U.S.C. 1821(a)(4)(C) ), by striking other than section 13(c)(4)(G) ; and in section 13(c)(4) ( 12 U.S.C. 1823(c)(4) )— by striking subparagraph (G); and by redesignating subparagraph

(H)as subparagraph (G).
