Sec. 181. Repeal of transportation planning provisions; rescission

Sections 134 and 135 of title 23, United States Code, and the items relating to such sections in the analysis for chapter 1 of that title, are repealed. Section 505 of title 23, United States Code, and the item relating to that section in the analysis for chapter 5 of that title, are repealed. Sections 5303, 5304, and 5305 of title 49, United States Code, and the items relating to such sections in the analysis for chapter 53 of that title, are repealed. Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, the unobligated balances available on such date of enactment of funds made available to carry out each of the sections repealed by this section are hereby rescinded.
