The Federal Home Loan Bank Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1421 et seq. ) is amended— in section 10 ( 12 U.S.C. 1430 ), by striking subsections (g), (h), (i), (j), and (k); and by repealing section 10b ( 12 U.S.C. 1430b ). Section 10C of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1430C ) is hereby repealed.
