Section 1361 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 ( 12 U.S.C. 4611 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; and risk-based in subsection (a)(1), by striking risk-based and inserting non-risk-based . Subtitle B of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 is amended by striking risk-based each place such term appears in the following sections and inserting required : Section 1364(a) ( 12 U.S.C. 4614(a) ).
