Section 339(h)(1) of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2000 (enacted into law by section 1000(a)(3) of Public Law 106–113 ; 16 U.S.C. 528 note) is amended by striking until September 30, 2014 and inserting through fiscal year 2019 .
