The Secretary of the Air Force shall obligate and expend funds previously appropriated for the procurement of RQ–4B Global Hawk aircraft for the purposes for which such funds were originally appropriated: , That none of the funds made available by this Act may be used to retire, divest, realign or transfer RQ–4B Global Hawk aircraft, or to disestablish or convert units associated with such aircraft.
