Fees deposited under the heading Department of Health and Human Services—Food and Drug Administration—Salaries and Expenses in fiscal year 2013 and sequestered pursuant to section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended ( 2 U.S.C. 901a ) shall be available until expended for the same purpose for which those funds were originally appropriated.
