Of the unobligated balance of funds available to the Department of Agriculture for the cost of section 502 single family housing guaranteed loans for fiscal years 2007 through 2010 under the heading “Rural Development Programs—Rural Housing Service—Rural Housing Insurance Fund Program Account” in prior appropriations Acts, $1,314,000 is rescinded.
