Section 8162(m)(3) of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2000 ( 40 U.S.C. 8903 note; Public Law 106–79 ) is amended by striking September 30, 2013 and inserting September 30, 2014 . For fiscal year 2014, the authority provided by the provisos under the heading Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission—Capital Construction in division E of Public Law 112–74 shall not be in effect.
