Section 330 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 ( Public Law 106–291 ; 43 U.S.C. 1703 ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking programs. involving the land management agencies referred to in this section and inserting programs ; in the first sentence, by striking and promulgate and inserting and may promulgate ; and in the third sentence, by inserting after Forest Service the following: or matters under the purview of other bureaus or offices of either Department .
