Section 331 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2000 (as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(3) of Public Law 106–113 ; 16 U.S.C. 497 note) is amended— by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following new subsection: For fiscal year 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Secretary of Agriculture shall conduct a program for the purpose of enhancing Forest Service administration of rights-of-way and other land uses. ; and in subsection (b), by striking during fiscal years 2000 through 2012 and inserting each fiscal year .
