In exercising its authority under the item Architect of the Capitol, Capitol Buildings and Grounds, House Office Buildings in the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1985 ( Public Law 98–367 ; 2 U.S.C. 2001 note), to use the building referred to in such item for the purposes of providing office and accommodations for the House of Representatives, the House Office Building Commission is authorized to enter into such agreements regarding the use of the building by the House or by other persons as the Commission considers appropriate. This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2014 and each succeeding fiscal year.
